How to get credit card with limited cities eligibility?

Kotak, AU, Standard chartered, only offer credit card in select cities. My work location is Bangalore currently, if i use my work location i am eligible, but couple of years after i will be moving to my hometown where the bank locations are not there or ineligible city.

My query is can we change the location post getting the card ? Or its better not to apply?

You can change the communication address for Amex and SC to your hometown one.
