you have a hdfc card i assume , you can head over to netbanking and select credit card login in , or call customer care

in netbanking, it is asking for add-on card applicant's customer id. ie, add-on applicant should have hdfc bank account 🙁

Folks, what's the deal with HDFC add-on cards? I saw an option for requesting online, but it asked for HDFC account number. What if the individuals don't have a HDFC account? And does anyone know if HDFC insists on the add-on holder staying at the same address? Thanks.

Online request is only for the people who have hdfc account. If the addon member doesn't have hdfc account, you need to apply through physical form, better to visit nearest branch and apply. It's not necessary to have the add-on member in the same address as primary, but the add-on card will be delivered to primary card holder address only.

you already hold primary hdfc card then hdfc might not give add on to existing customer.
