How to get HDFC Card upgrade?

Currently I own a biz grow credit card with 50k limit, I am preferred customer for past 6 years, my net itr is less than 10L, but I have ODs with bank and do good transactions greater than 1 cr per year. I am not getting upgrade offers I am using since past 9 months.

Since you are in preferred banking, try to talk to your RM. For HDFC 9 month is nothing, you have to wait more for better cards.

Increase your card limit to minimum 3l somehow then good upgrades u will become eligible

Got upgrade to millennia from moneyback card on 15 jan 2023 with 1L limit. and as of now stucked on this no upgrades/limit enhancement😿
