How to get Higher limit DEBIT cards of SBI and Bank of India

Hi Guys,
I have both SBI and BOI accounts , the 1k minimum balance accounts,
annoyingly both the Debit cards have 75k pos limit.
in BOI app there is no option to upgrade or get a new debit card, the section just shows a X
in SBI i could see these debit cards but i think all of those have the same 75k limit for POS transaction.
I need a debit card with 1.5Lakh pos limit so that i can pay my credit card bills in one go.
Kindly let me know how to get ?
Sbi website shows SBI Mastercard World Debit Card and SBI Platinum International Debit Card which have 2 Lakh pos limit, but no info provided on how to get those.

Account balance doesn't matter in SBI, all accounts are zero MAB accounts.

Visit branch and fill the form for rupay platinum card, in the application form mention the card code clearly.

You can read my answer on codes, I would suggest to apply for IRP as others are bugged even after months rupay didn't fix it, some websites recognise it as credit card.
