If you have Infinia and not able to meet spends, it doesn't suit. If you're hitting Infinia capping and you're looking for more, EPM adds more value.

In both the cases your travel spends matters.

Ty ,I don’t have infinia.i personally think icici banking services are much much better than hdfc in every aspect .i just hate HDFC .thx

In that case if you get Emeralde Private Metal on your Pre approved and you’re travel focused there is nothing to stop. Go ahead.

Same. I have HDFC DCBM & ICICI EPM. Additionally, I have HDFC imperia & ICICI Private banking, few days back upgraded from Wealth management.

My experience is ICICI is much better to deal with than HDFC. I will keep relationship with both bank but primary will always be ICICI. I don't touch my salary account in SBI.

Yes personal experience matters. There is no perfect bank, which ever bank/branch values relationship with their customer is winner.
