How to get IndusInd tiger credit card

Recently in the last month i have sent an email to mentioned email - Priority.care@indusind.com about the Indus Tiger Credit card.
I was using Legend credit card which is LTF and after sending an email to the above email id i got an update after 1 week that i am eligible for an upgrade from Indus Legend to Indus Tiger. I am yet to receive the upgraded credit card.

oh.. nice. I send the request for upgrade as well in Oct but they denied saying -
We regret our inability to upgrade your Credit Card to tiger card.
Not sure what is the issue in my case?
What is your limit for legend? & how old is legend card?

yes that is exactly what I was looking for.
I have Sapphiro that gives B1G1 upto 500. But some times I go alone, or we go in a group of 3.
During those times, 1 person can use this facility. That's good.

Sorry, I don't know.
I just took it for free movie ticket worth Rs 500 once in 6 months and lounge access without spend criteria.
Apart from these two uses, I won't be using this card.

It will give the same discount during any offer or sale, just like any other IndusInd card

Received reply that it is only for NTB. Different response from IndusInd for different customers.

This is true , you should not have any credit card in Indus Bank when you apply for Tiger lifetime free from cash karo.
If you have a card, you need to close it and wait for 6 months and then apply.
You may have a savings account, that is not a problem

I have account in indusind bank. And there is Showing pre approved legend credit card. I want to apply for it, pin code of permanent address don't fall under survivable area. Current residential address fall under survivable area.
Guide me, how I should proceed with. Want to apply indusind tiger credit cards..

How to check pre-approved offer in indusind?

On the benefits page of Tiger, it is clearly written that 2 complimentary international lounge access are available with this card but on asking the customer care to issue the priority pass, they are saying the lounge access will be charged at $35 per visit.
Can anyone clarify whether complimentary international lounge access is available with Tiger(Priority pass) or not?

Are you sure that the reply is for Tiger lifetime free card,? TIGER LTF is not mentioned in the email
If so, then don't use it, because at the foreign airport lounge they cannot determine whether you will get charged or not

Yes, the reply is for Indus Tiger card. I recommend this to my friend as we are going New York this weekend. He already received the card but got confused whether to apply for priority pass or not after seeing this email. When the benefits clearly says 2 complimentary visits then they should mention it in the email instead of confusing the customer.
