International version with one physical sim and one esim will be cheapest. Cheaper than Dubai version … US version with 2 esims will be even cheaper

you will need a proof about how you use your purchased product for the business. Iphones and high priced tech are a major signal for GST raids. Also if you involve any of your friends or someone who has a company to get it for you, won't they think, why would I get into a risk

Currently international version of 16 Pro Max in Dubai is getting sold at ~1L INR or 4300 AED. It is almost 40-45K cheaper than India. Don't think even with GST credit it is going to be this cheaper

Business get scrutinized / audited too from time to time and randomly. If they didn't then TF would have transformed into a GSTIN trading platform i.e. "Half the cut for using my GSTIN". Tax department uses Big Data and Data Analytics and on large scale nowadays.
