How To Get Normal ICICI Bank Credit Card From Amazon Pay Card Without Any CIBIL Enquiry & Application

Do you hold an ICICI Bank Amazon Pay Credit Card? And want to have a regular ICICI Bank Credit card?

Actually, the Amazon Pay card doesn't work on all ICICI Bank sales & offer campaigns. We get less discount on Amazon than on regular ICICI Bank credit cards on ICICI sales campaigns.
So having a regular ICICI Bank credit card is essential.
But what to do if you don't want to apply for another ICICI credit card or don't want another hard enquiry on your CIBIL or ICICI Bank is not approving your credit card application.
Solutions-
Open iMobile App & Select Amazon Pay Credit Card From Credit Card Menu
Click On Manage Card -> Under "More Options" Click On "Get Expressions Card"



Accept T&C Upload Your Pic Or Select Card Design From Galaxy And Submit Your Request.



You can apply for ICICI Expressions Credit Card and it will be issued within 21 days.
Now, you can continue using Expressions card, or you may call ICICI Bank customer care and request them to upgrade from Expressions credit card to any regular ICICI Bank Credit card (ICICI Platinum/ICICI Coral/ICICI Rubyx/ICICI Sapphiro or even ICICI Emeralde if you meet the minimum limit requirement).

ICICI Bank's customer care agent may not accept your request to convert Expressions card to Platinum card, but it's possible, you have to call again and again to try your luck.
If you cancel your Expressions card within 15 days from card issuance, you'll not be charged any joining fees.
Note - If you already have regular ICICI Bank credit cards, this process will not work for you.

Just now, i can see platinum card approved with the same limit as of my apay(4.20 lakhs). Twitter trick worked. No hassle of applying expressions card and then downgrade to platinum.Now, i have apay and platinum with 4.20 lakhs limit, mmt platinum and mine cc with 1.20 lakhs limit. Hey folks, I am tired of messaging icici bank and icici bank cares handles on twitter but haven't got any callback till now. What to do? I called customer care and they said they can't help in applying shared limit card they re asking me to apply for new card with cibil hit.. Went to branch they said pls open saving account and ask your Rm to help.. All in all feels like dealing with govt office

Did write a tweet stating such bad service but still shameless fellows didn't respond. And they keep replying with just canned response asking for contact details which I provided them 3 times.

Wait for few days. It took them more than a week to call me, but the lady who called me,applied the card instantly and the approval came on the very next day.

1) Finally, I called ICICI customer care and without discussing anything just ask them to connect me to retention team as I want to close my card.
2) They transferred and retention team lady said we can't give a LTF card based on another LTF card (amazon pay) etc etc... I said I know lot of people who have a platinum card based on same limit of Amazon pay
3) She agreed to take request and said bank will decide if they want to process or reject this SR
4) Now I do see an open SR in my ICICI app who's subject is Credit Card Upgrade

Will keep you folks posted if request is approved and I see a new credit card under my app

Asking because my old office address is updated with ICICI and getting my card delivered to nearest branch is a pain.. (haven't even got my amazon pay renewed card to my nearest branch till now since 10 days).. so if this new card is even approved it'll take lot of time to arrive.. and if I wanted to use it earlier is it possible in some way?

You can even see the cvv, expiry, card number and use it.
No need of physical card.
