How to get pinnacle credit card with Grande account

I upgraded my account to Grande savings account recently. Now how I can get pinnacle credit card

Check Grande RM or Branch or Customer support through mail

I also did the same. Contacted branch. They simply took a request and upgraded my Legend cc to Pinnacle. 50k spend and it will be Ltf. Then I shift again to Exclusive a/c and got zero bal. Thanks to TFians for these knowledge.
