How to install Mac OS on Virtual Box ?

I want to install MacOS on a VM, but I only have the dmg file. How do I install on VM ? Also, how do I convert the dmg file to ISO file ? Most converters like Power ISO find the dmg file (downloaded from Apple Support) as corrupted.

I followed this link to download the dmg file.

I am getting that ISO is not detectable in the VM !!

Tried installing using dmg file , but the VM cannot detect it. If anyone has successfully created a VM with MacOS installed, please let me know.
