CIBIL doesn't fix, lenders fix.I used my single free CIBIL report way back in April and now have a lot of incorrect entries, which include a duplicate loan, an unknown loan, and multiple closed loans/credit lines.
Is there anyway I can fix these for free, if not how can I buy the cheapest CIBIL Premium?
nothing, these fluctuations are normalMy CIBIL score decreased by 10 points even though my total utilization is just 4%. What to do?
Cibil have the option to contact them for Consumer Dispute Resolution.I used my single free CIBIL report way back in April and now have a lot of incorrect entries, which include a duplicate loan, an unknown loan, and multiple closed loans/credit lines.

Nope, only bank(lending partner) has authority here to change anything in report. CIBIL is only facilitating and expeeding things on your behalf.Cibil have the option to contact them for Consumer Dispute Resolution.
Like D₹V mentioned the process will be somewhat similar where CIBIL will take your point of view , ask for IDs and then go to lender and then get their point of view etc. U can try and have patience.
Glad 😊 it helped! At least duplicate loan has been removed and within a month CIBIL increased by 18 points(Other factors also contributed)
So whats your opinion :Nope, only bank(lending partner) has authority here to change anything in report. CIBIL is only facilitating and expeeding things on your behalf.
CIBIL doesnt care about the customer's point of view.
CIBIL will ask to go to lenders. Dispute with the lender that has reported discrepancies, and have patience because these things take their own sweet time to complete. So whats your opinion :
Will raising issue with CIBIL has any benefit vs Only raising issue with lender ?
Raising the issue to the Lender/Regulated Entity will always be more fruitful as resolving with them directly updates the information to all CICs (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, Equifax) at the same time.So whats your opinion :
