Thank you man. This worked. I raised card closure request with reason annual fee. They called me and offered 3 months Amazon prime membership. I asked them to make it LTF or close it.They made it LTF and received 3 months Prime subscription also.

I tried same last year, they took the request for cancellation. The person from retention team tried convincing of benefits but didn't offer LTF.

And was your closure request registered and you got a call from retention team or talked ro customer care only and he offered LTF before registering the closure request?
