How to pay 2L Electricity Bill Using AMEX?

I want to pay a 2L (Tata Power Delhi) bill using AMEX.
Is there any app which doesn’t charge fees and supports AMEX?

I tried the following-
G Pay - No Fess but Doesn’t support AMEX
Amazon App - Doesn’t allow payments more than 50K
Airtel App- It shows an error may be bill amount is big that’s why (but anyways it doesn’t allow payment using AMEX - Not Supported for this transaction)
CRED/ Mobikwik/FreeCharge/Paytm/ PhonePe- Charges Fees
Park Plus - Charging Fees for big bills
Tata Neu - No Fees but says AMEX Not Supported for this transaction.
Bajaj Finserv - Card type not supported
Payzapp - Card Not supported

Last option - Pay from tata power website with 0.75% + GST.

Is it possible to visit the physical counter in person and pay through POS machine? I'm not sure if it supports Amex cards.

I experimented with all the possible ways I know, but I'm still unable to find a free option for AMEX.

Pay from tata power website with 0.75% + GST.

This is best option as of now. Or you can enquire about any charges if paid offline via POS Machine.

I didn’t get points, on Plat Travel, I used Park Plus to pay 3-4k Bill.

Oh maybe park plus uses different mcc for utility bills
I have received for fastag and gvs
