How to pay a 24.9K BSNL broadband bill using Amex Platinum Travel?

How can one pay a 24.9K BSNL broadband bill using Amex Platinum Travel?

I tried Amazon Pay. It says you have hit your transaction limits (no transactions this month). Use UPI
Tried the BSNL website. The Billdesk gateway there doesn't support Amex
Tried Mobikwik. It doesn't even fetch the bill
Tried Karnataka One. It won't accept because of the Goa circle
Tried SBI Unipay. It says use a different card number
Tried VI payments. Doesn't accept Amex

Is there anything else I can try?

I use APay GCs for everything possible. But APay balance doesn't work for >15K Utility bills (though it works for at least 1L insurance bills)
And I can't pay the BSNL bill in parts

You can get same plan under 18k in Airtel and Jio

Airtel was never available at my location for Broadband
Jio laid cables for Fibre 4 years ago and then forgot about them. Each time they say "We'll be available in your location soon......"

Cred wanted service charges of about 400. So didn't use it
Mobikwik finally fetched the bill but wanted 2% service charges. So didn't use
Justdial wouldn't fetch the bill
Did not try Paytm

So finally paid via Airtel Thanks. No service charges. Instantly credited. Thank you very much @Alex292929
