How to Pay Amex CC Bill and get cashback

Hi, post this new BBPS restrictions, I am currently not able to pay Amex Credit card bill via HDFC Bill Pay. Can anyone suggest me an alternative payment gateway that still offers cashback on Credit card bill payments?
I have HDFC Visa Platinum DC, IndusInd Exclusive Visa & Master DC, and IDFC Wealth DC.

Tried Mobikwik to pay AMEX hoping to get the SBI September debit card offer of 5X reward points.

Asked SBI customer care for MCC, this is the reply they provided.

This is the standard reply they give always. Even they had replied the same thing to me. Push them saying branch ppl don't have any idea about MCC so u only have to provide. They will consider
