How to pay HDFC Ergo Health Insurance through Apay Wallet?

I have HDFC Ergo Health Insurance renewal is coming up in March for my parents. When I checked on Apay, it is fetching premium.

So straight forward, I purchased Apay Gift Card worth 44k then then when I tried to pay, balance is getting deducted by payment is getting failed.

Raised to Amazon Customer Care as well and they said that they have raised issue to internal team and told me to try after 24-48 hours which I am uncertain.

I requested HDFC Ergo team as well if they have Apay support payment link on which they shared link which is not supporting Apay.

Any alternate method to pay via Apay wallet if anyone knows that will be very helpful for me as 44k is blocked and no upcoming payment is there in coming month as well.

Apay wallet doesn't work, just pay it directly. It's been like this from years. Use your apay wallet balance for future payments.

Didn't worked for me as well. Lastly paid via Yes Reserv(3x subscription) on their site only.

Responed but haven't complied Razorpay link. Given their own link where Amazon Wallet and Amex cards was not supported.

On their renewal website, select "BillDesk" PG, and from there, go to Wallets section. Apay isnt listed, but select the drop down and apay is there. Used that to pay using Apay balance. Make sure there's enough, otherwise it will prompt you to use apay upi

Not sure, if it's the same site then yes. I remember using apay icici to pay though. Although I dont think billdesk was there back then. Was 2 years back, so dont recall. Try it out and report back! 😉

btw, you can go to apay section in amazon app, and pay via "insurance renewal" section, but that has convenience charges added of 1%, so the above route is better as there is no convenience charge. Also, you cant modify your policy or increase cover if you go via amazon route, so use the official link is better.

I have explored all the sections but haven't found billdesk gateway. There was only Patm wallet option

Insurance Renewal payment via AGV doesn't have convenience fee but Egro Health Insurance payment was failing from past 25 days although it's fetching premium.
That's why when they fetched premium, I purchased AGV and stucked there.
