How to redeem rewards points in Kotak Ka-ching XL CC?

Hi , I recently got a kotak ka-ching card XL. How do I redeem the points? Has anyone used it. I think it’s a bad card. No use for it.

You'll get points directly to your indigo account. But you have to wait 3 months for normal points.

You can redeem by booking flights or any other service from indigo website or app

You can redeem the points while booking Indigo flight from Indigo website/app, 1 point = Rs. 1
Normal points means, the points you get just by spending using your card.
There are some merchants, where you get accelerated reward points.

I tired with the website but was unable to do it. I’ll try again and update here. Do they have a fixed reward system of their cost of flight with points vary. According to me it’s not fixed. Changes in the same sector daily. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Why it takes so long? When some are doing it in 3 days, why it takes so long?
