How to reduce interest rate

How to reduce home loan interest rate from PNB? Any idea for this, what documents to submit. Any help will be appreciated 👍

whats your current rate of interest, amount and pending duration ?

just go and talk to the branch manager that you want to transfer your home loan to other bank as they are offering better rates, 99% they will reduce it to 8.75 or 8.85...
I have done this in SBI
