How to remove SBI Card Late Payment cibil report?

My bill amount was just 772rs.i forgot to pay and delayed by 3 days.
But sbi updated in cibil report.
This is first time happened to me.
How to remove that cibil strike??

If it was other bank, requesting BM would have done the job, but alas, it’s SBI. Try to your nearest SBI cards’ office and talk out any solution. Pay extra fee (interest) and get it done by requesting them

They reversed charges levied but not agreeing to remove from cibil report. And i live in rural area so no sbi card office is nearby

You need to visit the far away SBI Card's office then. No other way.

I did everything customer care to Head services to RBI ombudsman. Nothing helped

The same thing happened to me. Since it has been a year, has your civil score recovered? Did you get back the lost 69 points?

Thank you for sharing this. I was distraught since the same thing happened to me. Hopefully, my score will climb back as well. I even tried contacting SBI again a few days back but they didn't help.

I am in the same boat, paid the wrong SBI CC (I have 2 of them) and thought my job was done. Paid the right CC now after 4 days past due date.
