How to take legal action against Youtubers

From last few days I am thinking of taking legal action against of the youtube who uses loop holes to misuse credit card & not only just tranfer money to bank also earns rewards.

Shall I directly go to lawyer or file online complaint?

As this needs to be stopped to prevent further devaluation I have few cc which was used to be a great options to purchase online but now.....


Even if there is some bugs or issues with the system which allows such activities, one has no right to post such tricks/hacks socially.

No u can't take legal action coz its not directly related to u. Banks can. U can only report to utube if many such reports r dere den google may turn down dat video or channel.

Please don't waste your time and money. An unknown lawyer may easily scam you for this.

there would always be abusers in the system, what banks need to do is to catch and block them.
this is a tedious, costly process. so banks do the easy thing, devalue the card.

Bank's can do it easily.. Should be an algorithm so that abuser can be caught easily.
But they won't do it. They will entirely devalue the card. Bank's want abusers they don't want genuine person who use the card for purchase & pays off on time.

In last 4 year what exactly got devalued

Rent
Insurance
Utilties
Axis ?

Never did rent payment made sense on credit card it was all because of COVID we got the opportunities

Axis was giving dream dream return it was inevitable for devaluation
Likewise for rotation you don't know each rotator personally

Few do it for money , few for Reward, few for just to have money out , few are in debt crisis, few exploring money for first time

Each of them are good on their own place unless they do something outside the rule

When you play within the rule of the game & perform stunts it's fine

You can't. There is little scope for banks but they won't either. Same little scope for regulators as well: financial risk.

As long as they give disclaimer, they are protected. #Freedom_of_free_speech.
