How to Upgrade Diners Privilege (LTF) to Regalia Gold (LTF)?

Three months ago, I opened a salary account with HDFC Bank, and with that account, they issued me a lifetime free (LTF) Diners Privilege credit card. I'm facing some acceptability issues in some offline stores in my city and on a few websites. I want to upgrade this card to Regalia Gold, but only if it's LTF. Can anyone suggest how to do that and whether it's possible to get Regalia Gold for lifetime free now?
