Regalia Gold Regalia LTF to Regalia Gold LTF - Bank's mistake of words in MyCards app.

I was getting spammed with Regalia LTF to Regalia Gold FYF upgrade offer since almost an year. In hdfc net banking it is clearly showing FYF upgrade, but today checked HDFC my cards. And this upgrade offer is very confusing one. It says "Annual fees are not applicable if your current card is LTF" and my current card is LTF. Anybody with similar experience? Pls share your story and final outcome.

UPDATE : 12th NOV 2024:
They issued FYF card after appying for this upgrade. but escalation to PNO resulted in to LTF conversion. 3-4 other TFinas were also able to convert their FYF in to LTF with same trick. Check your Mycards app, if you are getting same words then apply for LTF upgrade.

I have money back plus with 1.2 lacs limit how can i get regalia gold and what is the minimum limit required for it and I’ve recently spends of 3 lacs+ in past 3 months. I’ve not received card upgrade offer since past 4 years

i have also similar option in mycards.. so upgraded RegFirst to Gold and after getting the card shown in app, put an email to CC to confirm LTF. I have also enclosed screenshot and video

Yes, it was their mistake of words in MyCards. particular sentence in my screenshot and mistake of words both are same. so what's your confusion now ?

please check first post, screenshot is there. in screenshot its written NO FEES if your existing card is LTF. it is their mistake of words, they are giving FYF card only in such cases. many other confirmed here same issue. i also got FYF card but escalated issue and got converted in to LTF.

it's difficult to take a jump from moneyback to regalia gold , millenia comes in between in most such cases. If you have hdfc savings/current account with Classic or Preferred program then chances of getting good upgrade increases.
