How to upgrade IDFC credit card ?

I am holding IDFC FIRST CLASSIC CC, applied through online ICICI C2C, got same limit 67k in Dec21.

In aug got LE on ICICI CC to 5L. ( Not reported in CIBIL )

I ask bank for LE and upgrade but they denied for same.

I want to know there's any way to upgrade CC and LE or close card and reapply ?

Sir please throw some light on this. IDFC not accepting for upgrade/LE using other card statement. What's the better way, to cancel the present card and reapply, or any other method? If card be canceled and reapplied, what's the cooling period?

I contacted them on social.connect@idfcfirstbank.com and sent my ITR.
They have increased my limit to 7l today. Hopefully soon they will upgrade the card too.

How much old your card is?

They are not increasing the limit for me. Sent salary statement multiple times. Finally closed the CC and now asking how to close bank account too.

Only itr and computation of last two years since I am self employed and my main bank accounts last 6 months bank statement. I basically forwarded the mail attachments that I had sent to through which I got my PNB rupay platinum credit card. I just said enhance my limit and upgrade my card to select. That's it. I received this message yesterday and then I checked my app and the new card is now showing instead of the old millennia one.

You have pnb platinum credit card, it has two international lounge access every quarter. How to access the same ? They issue priority pass or its directly?

I didn't even know that 😯 it was international lounge access also. I will contact customer care today and ask for priority pass and see what happens.

Edit 1: I just talked to pnb customer care on number 1800 180 2345 as given in pnb genie app. The customer care lady said that no priority pass is issued in rupay and you will be have to swap your card in international lounges just like we do in domestic lounges and only 2 rs will be deducted. I also asked if Dubai lounge is available on the list but she had no idea which all international lounges were covered. Please guys @TechnoFino kindly guide us.
