How to verify if the agent is a genuine Bank employee

I had tried to apply for YesBank credit card through Flipkart app ads 1 month back, but the web page was crashing halfway through so I left the application.
Today I got a call from some CC claiming to be from Yes Bank. They told I've pre approved offer and asked for mail ID to send the application form.
How do I now verify if it is from a genuine YesBank employee.

I'm skeptical because I've been receiving scam call every day since a month.. Have got scam calls claiming to be IndusInd, Citi, Yesbank, Axis already.

Is this a genuine mail ?
