You would never know, even the slightest hint. Such people hardly reveal their true emotions to the outside world. Had a friend, and that night was long and difficult to comprehend the demise.

I am deeply disturbed by this incident of bullying that has occurred. It is truly unacceptable to prey on someone who is already in pain.

Such behavior is not only cruel but also harmful to the well-being of others.

I strongly believe that those responsible for this despicable act must be held accountable and learn from their actions in a firm and impactful manner.

Agreed. One might be able to see signs in retrospect, or if one is extra sensitive and attentive, they may see the signs in the present.

It is going to be a tumultuous time for the family.

It's sad to see we are still illiterate enough to ignore abetment of suicide is a criminal offence, just because she was not murdered through a weapon rather we are judge & to lebel the act and person saying this and that, because of mental traumas caused due to others which such, that even not able to get cured after consulting different psychiatrists.

Not even able to learn from the depiction of movies, because that was just for the consumption of entertainment.

Empathy is a thing which is not common these days in the selfish world.

Vastness of universe and stupidity level of humans... Both are yet to be measured...
Attacking someone at workplace on basis of their personal life is utter nonsense...
If one cannot support others then atleast let it be... Don't add salt to wounds 😡

aisa hai tho, bigg boss super-hit kaise hua hoga?
This is a very peculiar nature of us humans....
When something happens to us then it's inhumane...
But when it's happening with someone else, it becomes entertainment for us...

Very sad to see this🥺
I strongly believe that bullying is crime which is often ignored

May her soul rest in peace
And more power to her family..

Hope they will be put behind the bar.

Why she got termination letter after then only she consumed poison?
Few updates:

1) Assistant Sales manager; Akram and team lead got arrested / taken into police custody on last Thursday, under section 108 (Abetment of Suicide) of BNS Act.

His brother filed FIR for the same.

2) She had resigned on July 10 after a bitter showdown at work with an another woman; colleague, she found all colleagues were supporting her colleague.

So, instead of accepting registation, the sales manager has sent termination notice, as per his saying that colleague who fought with Shivani, influenced him to terminate instead accepting resignation, vindictive move, after which she consumed poison on the same day.

P.S: I am not able to digest the fact that she has mentioned in the note that she had joined Axis Bank as a relationship officer in last Oct. But the bank is giving statement she was not an employee of Axis Bank rather she was an employee of a private agency; QUESS Corp. Ltd., their employees were working from its branch.

How could news media post such things before investigating the facts?

What can we expect more that's why the index is very poor, no doubt.
Banks do hire people on contract through third party employers. This is a very common practice. To the outer world they mention themselves as employees of the Bank.

PSBs used to hire OSCs (out sourced companies) for security services, ATM cash movement n replenishment and for doing data entry jobs (mostly at the time of converting a manual branch into a computerised/CSB branch). Never for any true banking jobs.

After Private Sector Banks have entered the market, many true banking jobs have been given to the OSCs. Easy hire n fire policy, more working hours for lesser costs, scarcity of trained manpower availability and easy scalability. No need to invest in training or in non-branch administative set ups. Most of these OSCs use these Bank's infrastructure - name, brand, branch premises, phones and databases to do mostly their target-sales. Nowadays, these OSCs are doing almost 70-80% of the basic bank jobs - including customer acquisition, cash counters, customer interaction on all channels, application processing - including loans n CCs.... and what not.

The main problem is that the customers think that these OSC guys are real bank employees. None of these well dressed OSC guys/gals are certified/career bankers - and such Banks are over dependand on them.

Unfortunate truth.

This was unfortunate and sad and I hope some of us have enough mental competence to understand its importance. Few comments summarizing a human struggle in two words show that the two brain cells used to make that comment were probably fighting for the third place. India has a tendency to hide these things under a rug. And out of all places it happened at a bank....a bank....these god damn ba$#$#rds.
