hp pay app load wallet via credit card which card is having zero charges kindly share your experience about the rewards/CB for this transactions.

FYI my holding cards are SC Manhattan, HDFC Regalia, IndusInd Legend and ICICI Apay as well as LTF Coral.

Guys update as of 6th july 2024:
Recently, ICICI has disable fuel transactions on their fastags. DYOR before loading bulk amt in ICICI tags

Courtesy @Sriim for the ICICI tag holders to enable options of fuel by ICICI tags:
You need to login to ICICI etoll website using your fastag customer ID and password. It will show up fuel enabled yes or no in one of the tag detail menu options

They rejected my request and when I called the customer care team, they told me to update KYV.

Mine was also rejected. Any steps to do KYV?

Not sure how icici track all these issues and how they frequently turn off all fuel enablement on all our tags

Just for your reference, Livquik had blocked fastag of all people who didn't used their fastag once it last 60/90 days.

But this time there's an option to request for enabling it. I've made the request.

Steps
1.Select Customer Service > Fuel Enablement
Request
2. Click of Fuel enablement > Select required vehicles
3. Click on Add to approval > click Enable fuel
4. Request will be sent for approval

From where to login can you pls tell?

But it's not opening from yesterday
And today I went to fill up my tank, throwed error as transaction disabled.

We can schedule a monthly recharge for 100rs which make tag live

I'm not in support of that at all. In fact, I had to pass a toll 4-5 days after they closed my fastag and I had to pay double in cash that day.

Use laptop the option is 3rd one in service request

I think I gotta ask my father to complete it as fastag is in his name
Previously mini kyc also used to work, maybe they've stopped it altogether?

Yes better to get it full kyc
Monthly limit also you get more once full kyc is over

Fuel transactions were working fine till last month.
Suddenly this month, fuel transactions were disabled. Got to know full KYC is required.
After getting full KYC done, still fuel Enablement requests are getting rejected.
Customer support also does not have a clue.
What to do!?
