Its just name change and no cashback for utility. nothing changes. if needed new variant request for replacement after 1 Aug (15 days just for some gap).
I'm not affected by these changes anyways. Just waiting to get my hands on new plastic.

Now cardholder's name will be printed on back. Front will only have HSBC branding and card name.
Will the existing HSBC Cashback users will be upgraded? As now it is on Visa Signature and Cashback was on Visa Platinum so there will be change in BIN. If we get the new Visa Signature one then we will also get TimesPrime Membership with this.

Not necessarily right. There are many visa sig cards which do not support the times prime free membership from what I saw on the times prime thread. Isn't this the banking institutions choice much like rupay select offers.
Yes that's true but there are atleast some chance that we might get. I was just curious that will the old CB CC users get upgraded to Visa Signature or not.
I recently got call for cashback card application from some agent and applied for it yesterday.. not sure what they will provide cashback or live+
