Placed damaged card replacement request on call. Old one continues to work as I have not activated the new card till now. Card number and Pin remains same (can confirm with the letter attached) but CVV and Exp. date changed. No dove hologram to be found on the back.

Just got mine replaced too. Honestly disappointed by the looks of the new card. Much cheaper plastic compared to the old one. Would not recommended anyone, even for Visa Signature, to replace their old card for this.

yes, I also booked tickets today. Just need someone to confirm is it still available for live+ card as well. Only these BIN ranges are eligible in BMS.
I was trying the same way. There appeared to be some technical issues. At last, I got the PIN this evening. Any way to change the PIN as per our choice?
