FYI Post, today HSBC has release latest update for the mobile banking app and enabled much needed Reward Points redemption feature.
I have tried redeeming 1000 reward points of my HSBC Platinum card for Amazon Shopping Voucher of 300rs and it was smooth experience.
One exciting catch though, the reward coupon shared on email found to be of Amazon Pay Gift Card though I have redeemed above for Amazon Shopping Voucher.
May be a bug, but redeem past before this gets fixed !! 🙂
