Hi Friends, Can someone confirm the below ?
1.HSBC TravelOne add-on card works for domestic and international lounges ?
2. Does Travelone card work on domestic arrival lounge in T2 Bangalore ? It is listed but wanted to confirm if anybody has even used it .

HSBC has not mentioned lounge access for add-on cardholders anywhere.

I have HSBC Premier and Axis Atlas. Axis Atlas I only use for Hotels & Flights. Should I consider switch to Travel one? Or continue with Atlas?

If I may know, why not use premier as it has more points than travel one? Am I missing something?

Hi, Pls ask Customer care to do a Maintenance on your profile. Once it is done, uninstall and reinstall.. then try.
Usually if you call/chat with them today, they will take your complain, some backend team will call you in few days then they will do maintenance in next few days, then they will call you saying maintenance is done try after a particular date. This entire process takes so much time close to a week.. really slow and pathetic. After that it should work.

It's about 1,000 cashback, a Postcard Hotels voucher, and 3 months of EazyDiner Prime membership upon card activation after spending 10K in 30 days, I don't know why 25000 spend ? 🤔

I am not able to add billers for auto-pay in the Add Billers section of HSBC internet banking website (in Insta Pay section) to pay utility bills with my HSBC Premier credit card. It always shows error. Is there any workaround or hack to this? The error only comes for auto-pay. For manual payment of bills, there is no problem.

Yes, even I missed it but my card got approved and delivered.
