I'd called the Premier customer service number a few days back that the flights and hotels booking website (Hopper) was not opening when we go to it through the HSBC India App. The customer service executive said that he'll get back to me with a solution the next day, and he himself called the next day. He said that HSBC is in the process of introducing new things and new options in the Rewards Marketplace, and once that is done, the issue will get resolved.
Now I'm thinking that maybe HSBC is getting ready to introduce accelerated rewards on gift cards and vouchers too like other banks. Because if that happens, it will propel HSBC's cards at all levels to some of the best cards in the country at present.
