have not received 1k cashback and 3000 reward points yetCan anyone facing this portal issue /reward point issue confirm if they got 1k cashback after spending 10k and 3000 rp after spending 1lakh…seeing the worst state of hsbc not able to resolve this issue iam not sure if i will get 1k and 3k rp after spending 1lakh…..didnt expect hsbc(trying to compete with axis and hdfc) to take this much time to fix this issue …feels like i shouldnt have never taken this card and just continued with existing cc stack

I just saw the hsbc app was updated in the play store , so uninstalled and re-installed again( before you do that, ensure you had deactivated the device in the app) . After installing the app again- I was able to go past the redeem points step and took me to rewards marketplace.
Without uninstalling/installing the app it may not work.

you are asking for a status of something you assumedWhen I'd called the HSBC Premier customer service number last week to inquire why the Rewards Marketplace was not working, he'd said that the bank was working on something new, and it would start working once that was done. I'd then assumed that HSBC was working towards launching accelerated rewards even for gift vouchers. But now that the Rewards Marketplace has started working, does anyone know what's the status with respect to accelerated rewards on gift vouchers as well?
Did you update the app or uninstalled and reinstalled ( ideally both should be same but who knows ) ? You can first deactivate the device(phone) on the app and log off and then uninstall and reinstall the app ,After installing again, there would be an OTP sent for reauthentication during the sign in process.after the app is updated it is still not working for me.
