Did you update the app or uninstalled and reinstalled ( ideally both should be same but who knows ) ? You can first deactivate the device(phone) on the app and log off and then uninstall and reinstall the app ,After installing again, there would be an OTP sent for reauthentication during the sign in process.
We dont specifically need to send an SMS.
Tried uninstall and reinstall but no use. Called customer care and they said the issue is not completely resolved for few users and asked me to wait few more days.
 
Is there an option apply for the Travel card offline? I am not able to complete my online application as it is not accepting my employer details.

Even though my employer isn't on the list, I entered and submitted it anyway. I hope they will issue cards to companies outside the list, since my employer is a public limited company 🤞.
