There's a cool down period in HSBC between two approved/rejected applications of 90 days

I got a call from the HSBC Sales executive to complete my application, but I told him that I had already reapplied on my own, so he checked the application status and it said approved. He said I will receive the card in 1 week. Also, got the SMS that I will receive the SMS to set the card pin in 2 days.

How to add it manually? By raising the ticket or something else, because there is no way I can prove that I have gone through their link because it doesn't have any history in the app/website. Also I think it will start showing up the reward after it gets delivered, if I am not wrong.

I've received it twice coz their tnc says ₹250 AMZN GV on vkyc completion and not Card approval...

1) Yes you can apply from anywhere, just the current address should be of the mentioned city it may be your relatives or friends.
If you really want the card set the Correspondance address to your permanent address which is on your aadhaar as they send the card on correspondence address.
2) Yes you will get the 250 rs agv in spite of rejection or approval of your card if you complete the vkyc successfully.

Happened more than 50 days ago..
Will apply for hsbc and Stan c after 6 months in my next batch of applications..
Will cool it off for a while

HSBC Bank is really a useless bank i applied for an LTF card in march
They declined my application after the video KYC was successful. I sent an email asking for the reason for the decline, and they simply informed me that it was due to internal policies and parameters. I forgot about it until two days ago when I received a call from the HSBC credit card team. They informed me that my application was not declined because of the video KYC but because of an issue with my eyes, which is why my application is on hold

HSBC is generous indeed. Previously, around 2018, when I started to apply credit card, HSBC guys used to come near my office for offline applications and they used to provide headphones, bluetooth speakers, VR headset and Amazon vouchers for applications and referrals. We hardly cared about the application itself, used to apply for the free gifts. I applied 3-4 times, each time got rejected but took home some free gifts. It is only untill recently my free gift collecting spree has come to an end as my card got approved sadly.
