HSBC high settlement time and verification time (in Billpay)

Hi,
I paid hsbc cc bill from Cred, Mobikwik and even after hours it doesnt seem to be credited. All the details are right but settlement didnt happen yet. Whereas for other cards I get the credit message within a minute.


Along with that hsbc cc is in pending state in HDFC billpay since 5-7 days.
Is there something wrong with the hsbc cc? My due date is near, where should I pay to get instant settlement

Ok. I tried a test payment of 100 yesterday. In the HSBC app, it was showing as 100 pending but now that transaction has disappeared. Is this normal?

for me always after 3 or 4 days but paid date mostly when I did the transaction.

Yes this is normal in case of CRED it appears for some time instantly after you pay and then it disappears. DW it will be credited in 4-5 working days max.

Payment made through Amazon got settled in 24 to 30 hours. Test payment took 30 hours or so. Second full payment was credited within 24 hours.
