Hi all,

Noticed this few minutes ago!

HSBC Credit card is now live on BBPS.

Make full use of your card and pay using known portals using DC to get 1% CB on your bills 😛

It seems both Airtel & SBIUniPay has not updated their system to get outstanding amount details for HSBC.
I checked PayTm & Cred & both the portals have started fetching the actual billed amount for HSBC now similiar to other bank cards.

So issue not with BBPS but Airtel & SBIUniPay portals.

Does paying by HDFC platinum debit card via PayTM provide 1% cashback ?

Checked and could observe that PayTM is adding a flat convenience fee of 32 rupees to the payable amount if a debit card is used. For bill amounts upto 65000, the convenience fee was same (random check). Isn't that still fine considering paying by debit card gives cashback of around 1% with HDFC debit card?

No HDFC debit card doesnt give 1% back on PayTm. I was planning to use IndusInd cards but convenience fee will eat away the benefits 🙂

I can see that the bill is fetched successfully via Canara Setu however not certain if paying via HDFC platinum DC on Canara Setu would fetch 1% cashback? Any Idea?

No more cashback on Canara Setu due to change in MCC code by the portal.

Not yet. Airtel & SBI both not working for HSBC as of now. Don't know when they will enable the support.
