HSBC Live+ Credit Card Instantly Rejected, No Update Is This Normal?

Applied for HSBC Live+ via CashKaro today.

1. Profile:783 CIBIL, 4+ yrs history, no recent new cards
2. 13LPA salaried (Pvt Ltd), 3 active cards (Axis Ace, SBI BPCL, HDFC Millenia LTF)
3. City Hyderabad.

The application was instantly rejected but I got no email, SMS, or call from HSBC confirming the status. Is this typical? Has anyone else faced this silent rejection and did you get any update later or need to follow up directly with HSBC?Would appreciate insights or suggestions on how to proceed.

Why not apply via the many consultants including a few on these forums. Very high chances of approval compared to these buggy automated processes IMHO

If you are not salaried they will immediately reject, but then they will call you to explain that they don't give this to self employed or professionals or businessmen.
All HSBC cards are only for salaried people

Do you know if your employer have tie-up with hsbc bank? If tie-up is there then there are higher chances of approval.

I'm able to fetch my organisation details during application.But I'm not sure my organisation is tied up or not.
