5411 is Grocery MCC. How can it not be eligible? 😵

That's how clueless there customer care is. Better just check the MCC with them. At least they are informing that

I did part payment for a camera. Paid 16k but using IDFC card which shows MCC. I don’t regret not using hsbc because I anyway exhaust 10k grocery quota each month but for some it can be a useful info.

This totally depends on the shop and location i guess as i bought an AC in reliance digital last month and MCC is 5732. So, cant take this for granted

5411 is grocery stores means In pune they swapped reliance fresh POS machine in Digital. Not sure same will happen everywhere else or next time when we visit same store. But, good to know.

Its only with idfc. You can see these details when you download the transaction receipt. For hsbc, you can check with the customer care. They will let you know the mcc
