In Aug transactions ..

I observed ₹185 as "rewards credit"

and ₹565 as cashback from "Jul Statement"

but, I'm eligible for ₹750 total cashback which surprisingly they split into two categories.

Not sure what criteria they're following for "rewards credit" because it doesn't match any of my calculations but overall its matching.

So, don’t consider this "rewards credit" as extra cashback because this matches overall (or maybe they fixed it).

let me know anyone got higher than expected cashback.
We got our 2nd hsbc cashback card last month , first statement billing date is August 6th , but got rewards credit at 7th August.
Generally hsbc won't credit this much fast and also cashback is wrong , because I spent 10k on dining and others 20k+ , so I should get more than 1.3k but I got only 1182 . So i asked them and customer care also has no clue . So they registered as complaint.
2 days ago they called and informed me that this is automated cashback calculated by system . If any missing cashback we will post it on next month .
And also they mentioned this new system introduced after live+ launched .

But I still don't understand properly because I was half sleep when they called 🤣🤣.

Any source for LTF or FTF?

FYI:

HSBC really really have only two cards ...

1. LTF (VISA Platinum)
2. Paid (HSBC Cashback)

If they offer this too as LTF then we won't be having the benefits that are there now or bank itself stop maintaining credit cards rewards like SC or IDFC. I don't want it to be LTF because I want it to sustain the benefits its offered currently, but that my opinion.

Ignore HSBC Premier because that needs premier relationship which need strictly 3Lpm salary or 40L TRV (if not maintained 24k, so mostly out of reach).

How is it double if HSBC is not giving 10% on Fk Grocery as mcc is not correct by Flipkart.
Idk what mcc Flipkart uses it doesn't even give 5% in Swiggy HDFC
From last Month Flipkart is tagging Correct MCC for Grocery Purchases.

So they Excluded Live+ so that double Dip do not happens. Also Swiggy HDFC do not give 5% on Grocery MCC.

Earlier it is Apparels but from last month Flipkart Tagging Correct MCC.

Observe the Merchant name too. It is "Flipkart Grocery" on OTP Page.

then its flipkart issue if they tagged different. banks are very blind with mccs irrespective of purchase, applicable for all banks.

hsbc perspective they already providing 10% so excluded.
