HSBC Premier credit card as LTF

Hello all,

Do you know of any self-employed individual who has been able to procure an HSBC Premier credit card LTF - without having to pay any joining or annual fees?

At the time of issuance, they may have been an HSBC Premier client but after issuance, as the card is LTF there may not be any need to maintain HSBC Premier relationship.

Please share your experiences, knowledge or views of the possibility.

Thank you

As far as I understand, the card stays LTF only till you have the Premier status.
After that, the annual charge is 20k.

Yes @rushin that is what I was informed too but I was hoping to find out whether one can get the Premier card as LTF irrespective of the Premier status after issuance.

No. After issuance if you loose Premier status, they will charge annual fees. Someone has posted about this in TF sometime back. Forgot who, and can't find the thread.
But afaik, it remains LTF only with premier savings account.
Thanks @cardio_guy , I was mentioned the same by an HSBC personnel.
However, I was hoping to find some exceptions - via deviation approval or some other means.
Would appreciate it, if anyone could share any such methods or exceptions.
Thanks
