any reason you closed the existing card?

yes limit was very low around 52k and my otherbank credit card limit starts with 2lacks respectively... requested limit enhancement to idfc but they declined and resulted in closure of current millinia credit card

IDFC people are really stubborn and they don't really care about customers .
