ICICI Amazon Pay CC - Less cashback credited than calculated!

Hi guys,

I have icici amazon pay cc and made some amazon and offline transactions. The rewards i got are much less than expected. This is the 2nd time in 2 statements that i noticed it. I haven't paid attention to this before. It's concerning. I wrote a mail to help.amazonpaycc@icicibank.com, but received no response for over 2 weeks now.

The cashback I received is less than even a modest 2% for amazon transactions and 1% for offline transactions. The cashback we get in the statement is for that statement purchases right?

How, can i get a detailed cashback statement, with breakup of cashback for individual transactions?

not sure how to troubleshoot without actually knowing the transactions.

i hope you are maintaining the prime status because there is 2% difference between cb for prime and nonprime members.

as for eacalations, i would suggest going to Twitter and tagging official handles of icici, amazon and amazon india. this is their sale season and they would have to resolve any complaint about their product on priority to avoid losing out on potential customers who would see the twitter post. many people apply for this card during this time andnif you call out the discrepancies, at least amazon would reply (dont expect anything from icici).

Call icici customer care and check transaction wise cashback, if you found any error, complain on call.

i did that, the icici bank cust care said they don't have any such facility. Can you share a number which you have called in the past?

if your card linked Amazon is not prime and Using your card in another prime will not give 5%. main Amazon must be prime to get 5% via own or 3rd party Amazon account
