The breakup details for the cashback for Amazon Pay Icici card were available in imobile app > recent transaction > last 30 day. We could see the cashback earned against each transaction here.
But now icici has removed it. When I ask customer care, they said it was removed intentionally because of internal policies.
Then there is no transparency for the cashback we are getting. Can we raise it to RBI? Or complain in any way?
What is your opinion on banks stating internal policies for every wrong thing they do?
