Trying and failing to increase credit limit on ICICI Amazon Pay credit card

I got an offer to increase the credit limit of my ICICI Amazon Pay CC. However, when I do apply and go through the process, I get this SMS in return:

"Dear Customer, this is an invalid ICICI Bank Credit Card number and/or mobile number. Please check and try again."

I went to my local branch and they are as clueless as me. Any help would be appreciated.
