ICICI Amazon Pay for Amazon Business. What is going on here?

As per T&C, this card is not allowed for Amazon Business. But Amazon itself is showing me this as an offer on my Amazon Business account. Is this false marketing or what?

Update: Just tried applying for the card as a test from my Business account and it was insta-approved with 10L limit and is now linked to my Business account. Lol. Why would they do this?

They're not enforcing the rule as of now. They also give cashback. But they probably will stop in the future. Otherwise wouldn't have had this rule.
