ICICI Amazon Pay reward point debited for bill payment

I was expecting Approx ₹1500 cashback to be credited this month. But I only received ₹1000, when i checked Imobile, I found that 500 Rewards points were deducted for Bill payment transaction. What should I do know?

They want you to pay interest. This is a new offer running on the ICICI Amazon Pay card. Miss payment for a month and 500 bonus reward points will be credited to the Amazon Pay Wallet.

One of the best way to contact ICICI is on their Apay customer care number 1800 102 0123. It never took me more than a minute.

You can contact them even for other normal ICICI cards as well. Just tell them the last 4 digits of the card you have query with other than ICICI card.

I also have a weird issue. For coral credit card, I see points are credited in statement. But total in app is not changed. It is still same old value.

I guess rewards take time to reflect in the account. And with a reward rate of General: 0.50%, utilities and insurance: 0.25%, and UPI: 0.125%, I stopped using coral.

I am getting 0.5% for UPI in utilities category (2 per 100) somehow at least in statement.

Call from Amazon pay credit card department they did not take more time like other icici card department

You should consider yourself lucky that they calculated at 1% reward rate. 5% hota to 🤣
