Icici bank makemy trip credit card FYF

Should i take preapproved makemy trip icici bank credit card which is first year free or should i wait until they offer me ltf card of mmt icic bank. I have already 5 cards of icici bank in which 3 cards are ltf and one card is chargeable that is icici sapphiro card which i will close after 10 months so that i don't have to pay fee for this card, if they waive of my charges i will continue as i get movie bogo offer
