According to ICICI bank, you'll be able to redeem your redeem points from 22nd August, 2022
If you want to check your reward points balance you can call ICICI Bank customer care and ask them, they can see your reward point balance on their system.

ICICI Bank new reward system is live now, you can access the new reward portal from icici net banking (desktop site).
How to access -
Login to ICICI net banking -> Cards & Loans -> Credit Cards -> Reward Points -> Redeem Reward Points



On the new reward portal, you'll see lots of options to redeem your reward points, like electronic items, home & beauty items, Gift vouchers, etc.
But unfortunately, we can't transfer our ICICI reward points to Airmiles or we can't book travel directly using ICICI rewards.
Best redemption option - Gift voucher (Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, etc.)

I called ICICI Bank and they said we can't check your reward points now, you can check after 22nd August or we can tell you.I have called 5 times, everyone is saying that you will see the reward point on debit card and credit card only on 22, we can not even tell because the reward program has not been launched yet.And I have a wealth account in ICICI, even then it is telling this.

I checked through iMobile and Net Banking, it's showing an hypne in total accumulated rewards. And also, since I am using APay, it may not show but still I have Gold Debit Card from ICICI which I use for petrol.

No bro, I have cancelled a order, which was billed in previous cycle, so they have deducted the RP for the refund amount in this bill cycle.

Yesterday, my ICICI Platinum statement was generated and it mentioned 32 reward points for a total of 1600 spends.

About 2% reward in terms of points. Not sure what it means in terms of cash.

Not much difference in Reward Rate. Coral and Platinum have 0.5%. Sapphiro and Rubyx get 0.75% for domestic spends and 1.5% for international spends.
