It doesn't. Domestic lounge access is using card itself. Spa and international lounge is via dreamfolks card which is independent of previous spending.

When did you attempt it? I tried in the morning, aadhar otp not verified, again 1 hour back. Both time got a success mail from aadhaar. Also, do they ask for the educational docs on vkyc as well or just need to upload?

I already had a Rubyx card and Amazon card with them with a limit of Rs. 6.5L which I had got from holding a Titanium Salary account. But recently I got their Sapphiro Card LTF under the same program as I'm an Alum from IIML.

no, just pan and signature on vkyc.
I did it on Android mobile, if that helps. the agent should call you again if there is a server error at their end.

Any idea if the Autonomous under VTU institutions from Bangalore (eg RV College, PES etc) are eligible? They were under the HDFC DCB Alumni offer if im not wrong.

Shouldn't it be straightforward to do vkyc without an agent since anywhich ways the lead has gone for an alumni offer and nothing that the agent is going to add on top of it. Correct me if there is any gap in understanding
