I canceled couple of days after approval. Still they dispatched card.

Just call customer care & say you wish to cancel card & reverse joining fee if it's charged as you have not activated card & canceling it.

If they ask again, jusy say such high joining fee will not justify the benefits being offered. And you will not be able to utilize this card fully. That's it. Ask them to send card cancelation confirmation email, card will be canceled in 4 working days.

Ok so can I do that thing that when I get my card delivered and on the same day then I call them without activating the card that I want to cancel this card will they agree to it!? What your opinion??

Yes. Just say that you have change of mind after reading details in welcome letter & most of the perks doesn't match your needs. So you will like to cancel the card, if there is any fee charged, then reverse it. If nothing has been charged, then jusy take card cancelation request and send confirmation on email. Card will be canceled in 4 working days.

When you pay joining fee. After that you can claim all joining benefits in times black aap.

Approval to dispatch 5-7 working days (1st batch). As you're in Metro may 1-2 days from that.

Send them a mail. I waited for around half a month with no updates. Finally emailed them and then they sent it a few days later.

Has anyone been able to apply for Add-on card. The option is not available in the iMobile app -> Manage Cards.

When I try applying via Plus Cards(Add-on cards) section in the app, it says that the card is not eligible for Plus card.
